An appraisal will be conducted to show the as-is value, the cost to repair the property and the completed rehab value. We do not accept outside appraisals. · Single family residential houses with brick exterior · Minimum of 3 bedrooms · Has a basement, does not have to be finished · Has a Garage Keep in mind that all of these items are preferred but not required except for the minimum $50,000 property value We do not lend on Mobile or Manufactured Homes and the borrower can not use the house as a primary residence during our loan term. |
